If you wish to have Trisagion Prayers of Mercy offered in memory of the 40-day, 1-year, 5-year, etc. for a departed loved one, please contact the Church Office at 616-954-2700. Thank you.

Please complete this form when remembering your living and departed loved ones. Submissions must be received no later than noon on the Wednesday prior to the Sunday it is to appear in the Liturgical Guide.
Please indicate the date (Sunday) your Holy Oblation should be listed in the Liturgical Guide. Names are added to the Prayer List for one week. In the case of a loved one suffering with a serious illness, you can have their name remain on the Prayer List for 40 days by contacting the church office.

DONATION INSTRUCTIONS

You have two options when offering Holy Oblations:
1) Baking Holy Bread and bringing it to the Church. Please arrange delivery with Subdeacon Nicholas (616) 808-1917.

2) Making a donation. It is more typical these days for our Liturgical Preparations team to bake Holy Bread on your behalf. If you choose this option, please make a donation below, by cash, check, or through Venmo. Offer any amount you choose.
